“I really want to thank you for creating this class, I loved taking it and got a lot out of completing it. It helped me learn to communicate better and since I started I have repaired my relationships with my family. Until I sat down and wrote about all these significant events in my life I had no idea how much impact it could have.”
-Miles L.
“This is amazing! As part of this experience I attended 12 step meetings, journaled about getting sober and related my addiction experiences with famous musicians like Metallica!”
-Rebecca A.
